Use Specific Cherwell User: Select this radio button to use a CSM User login (internal or Windows user). Typically, this username is IIS AppPool\DefaultAppPool or something similar (the exact user depends on the CWS configuration). Create a corresponding Windows user in CSM using the same Windows username. Use Active Web Service Credentials: Select this radio button to have the CWS use its current Windows login credentials. Tip: Also access this information by clicking the Information button. Define Cherwell Credentials for Processing Chat Service Events: These are the credentials a CWS uses to log in to CSM to process information from the remote support service after a remote support session ends. User Name and Password: Provide the username and password for a remote support service user authorized to perform API requests. If specified, remote support event notifications are allowed only when originating from this IP address. (Optional) Chat Server IP Address: Provide the IP address of the remote support server (determined from the CWS server). Security Warning: Use HTTPS for this URL to ensure security.
